Portsmouth business owners Allan and Jacqui Rook have become founder members of what is claimed to be 'the most exclusive club in plumbing'.
Emergency plumbing and drainage company Drain Doctor Plumbing has launched the Drain Doctor Decadians for franchisees who have signed a second ten-year franchise agreement.

A ten year agreement is offered by only a few franchisors and underlines the confidence Drain Doctor has in its franchisees. The agreements allow people such as Allan and Jacqui Rook to run their own businesses under the 'umbrella' of the national Drain Doctor Plumbing brand. Eleven Drain Doctor franchisees have been enrolled as the first members of the new club.

"The fact that so many franchisees have now signed up for a second decade is a tribute to the business model which we have developed," said Freddie Mitman, chair and founder of Drain Doctor Plumbing. "It underlines the success which franchisees are experiencing in continuing to build their businesses. We expect the number of Decadians to grow further over the next few years - but at present it is probably the most exclusive club in plumbing."

The Decadians plan to work closely together and with the head office team to develop new business opportunities. Drain Doctor started in 1993 and has since become the largest full service plumbing and drainage company in the UK.
